DESCRIPTION:Or Emet’s Sunday adult programs are free and open to the public and meet concurrently with the Jewish Cultural Sunday School.\n\n\nThose who cannot attend in person may join over Zoom. Zoom registration information will be added closer to the event date.\n\nWe continue to collect empty pill bottles and personal care items for clients at Listening House\, a St. Paul drop-in center. The location will be announced once it is determined.\n\nSunday\, Oct. 4\, 3 p.m.\nSunday\, Oct. 11\, 3 p.m.\nSunday\, Oct. 18\, 3 p.m.\n\nCohen received rabbinic ordination from the International Institute for Secular Humanistic Judaism in May 2024. In addition to being Or Emet’s first rabbi\, she also is the first Humanistic rabbi in Minnesota.\n\nOr Emet is a secular congregation celebrating and honoring Jewish culture\, history and values from a humanistic\, inclusive perspective.
