Welcome to Or Emet

Or Emet is a congregation whose members embrace a human-centered philosophy that combines rational thinking and scientific thought with a celebration of Jewish culture and identity. We welcome interfaith and multi-cultural families and individuals. Our members include secular Jews, cultural Jews, unaffiliated Jews, atheists, agnostics, and wondering members of many different religions and backgrounds.

Or Emet, the Minnesota Congregation for Humanistic Judaism, is located in the Twin Cities. Our Jewish Cultural School gives students an opportunity to learn about Jewish culture and history without the theistic beliefs taught at most other Jewish schools.
